Refund & Return Policy (Digital Products)

Overview

Lumani Impact (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells digital products only (eBooks and downloadable digital content). No physical items are shipped. All purchases are delivered via instant download immediately after payment confirmation.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund rules are designed to be transparent, fair, and to prevent fraud while protecting legitimate customers.

Important: Digital Products & “No Return” Nature

By placing an order on Lumani Impact, you acknowledge that:

Your purchase is for a digital product.

Delivery occurs instantly via download link / account access / email delivery (depending on checkout flow).

Once a digital file is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, as it can be copied, stored, and used.

Refund Policy (Primary Rule)

All sales are final after delivery/access.
We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been:

Downloaded, accessed, or opened, or

Delivered successfully to the email address provided at checkout, or

Made available via a download link / customer portal after purchase.

This policy helps prevent abuse and protects creators of digital content.

When We May Offer a Refund (Limited Exceptions)

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:

Duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with proof, and we will refund the duplicate order or offer store credit.

Technical delivery failure (verified)

If you did not receive access due to a technical issue on our side (and we can verify it), we will either:

Fix delivery, or

Provide a refund if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

Wrong product delivered (verified)

If the file delivered is not the product purchased, we will correct delivery immediately or refund if we cannot correct it.

Unauthorized transaction (verified)

If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately. We may request supporting information and will assist you in resolving the matter. (Note: initiating a chargeback without contacting us first can slow resolution.)

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

“Changed my mind” / no longer want it

“I didn’t read the description”

Inability to use the file due to lack of required software or device compatibility (unless the product listing specifically promised compatibility)

Personal dissatisfaction with writing style, preferences, or subjective expectations

Mistyped email address by the customer that prevented delivery (we will still try to help you recover access)

Before You File a Chargeback (Important)

If you have an issue, please contact us first. Most problems are resolved quickly by:

Re-sending the download link

Fixing access

Replacing a corrupted file

Clarifying how to download/open the product

Chargebacks are intended for fraudulent transactions, not for disputes about digital content after delivery. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in:

Immediate suspension of access pending investigation, and

Delays while payment processors review evidence of delivery/access.

Proof of Delivery & Access

To protect both customers and our business, we maintain transaction records such as:

Order confirmation and timestamp

Digital delivery logs (download/access events where available)

IP address/device/browser metadata (where available)

Customer support communications
These records may be used to respond to payment disputes.

Chargeback/Dispute Resolution

Communications and resolution attempts (if any)
